Avidity hotels was formed by second generation hoteliers Daniel and Antony Woodcock, sons of Louis Woodcock, founder of BDL Hotels and BDL Management.

MANAGEMENT
At Avidity, we have a passion for operational assets and a drive to get the most out of them. Our experienced team offer over 50 years of operational knowledge, and support a number of successful hotels, bars and restaurants.
At Avidity, We offer full, end to end, operational support with the primary goal of maximising profits and enhancing value. Our management support services include revenue management, sales, marketing, F&B, C&B, IT, systems support, HR and more. Our operating team are continually working to implement asset enhancements and drive operational improvements to create line by line efficiencies. This consistently preserves the value of our businesses.
ADVISORY
As asset and business owners ourselves, we are well versed in the full life cycle of acquiring, repositioning, operating and disposing of a hotel. At Avidity, we offer consultancy services focused on acquisition support, business feasibility reviews, brand negotiation and right the way through to asset disposal.
REFURBISHMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Refurbishing and developing a hotel can be a tough and risky process. At Avidity, our project development team can save you time and money on your future hotel project. Using our in house team - which offers direct quantity surveying, project management and site management support - we aim to replace and improve the traditional main contractor role. By working directly with asset owners the aim to procure and manage refurbishment and development projects on your behalf. Having completed many hotel projects over the past 20 years our teams has an unrivalled supplier network that allows us to minimise costs and get the most of your porject budget.
